JDcoatings offers residential and commercial painting services, including interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, and related finishing work. All services are performed according to the terms in your estimate or service agreement.
Estimates are based on the information provided by the client and may change if project details or site conditions differ.
A written agreement or accepted quote is required before work begins.
Any additional work requested after a project begins may result in extra charges.
Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or invoice.
A deposit may be required before work starts.
Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
JDcoatings reserves the right to charge late fees on overdue invoices.
We strive to complete all projects on time. However, scheduling may be affected by weather conditions, supply availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
Customers are responsible for:
Providing access to the property during scheduled hours.
Removing or protecting personal belongings, furniture, and valuables from work areas.
Ensuring pets and children remain clear of the work zone for safety.
JDcoatings stands behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 7 days of project completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
We provide a limited workmanship warranty covering peeling, blistering, or flaking due to improper application for up to 1 year from completion. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage, or damage caused by external factors.
While JDcoatings takes every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues, poor surface conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made without notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
All website content, including text, images, and graphics, is the property of JDcoatings and may not be reproduced without permission.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with California state law.
